just did a test with a file of significant less interdependencies a.k.a a much smaller amount of ancestral positions (in contrast to my main file). No delay and no hanging there! Maybe it has something to do with the computing of those SOSA number, it seems to me? Hope, this post is helpful. Thanks and greetings VK
